was superb tired .

nursing is a very t0ugh j0b .
i agree .
it can be nerve cracking .
but at the end 0f the day , when the patient smiles at y0u and thanks y0u with all his/her heart , it makes me feel s0 inspired .
I can f0rget h0w fussy and irritating the patient was a few minutes ag0 .
